The Brooklyn Rose Future Jazz Orchestra, an adventurous supergroup existing at the convergence of cathartic release and serene beauty. They combine such disparate influences as EDM producers, late-romantic composers, contemporary jazz icons, post-rock bands, and video game soundtracks to create music unlike anything that has been heard before. Led by Jessica Sneeringer, the band is comprised of amateur, semi-pro and student musicians from a wide variety of backgrounds. This semester, the CCJB is performing selections by Basie, Golson, Rollins, and more in the Ballroom of the historic Lincoln Theatre!
