How can I purchase a concert?
You can click the "Buy Now" on any event page to purchase access to that single concert.
Can I purchase a show as a gift?
Yes! Click Here to fill out a gifting form.
How can I watch a show?
To watch a show, go to the show's event page. Once you're there, click the "Click to Watch" button which is located directly below the event photo.
How can I make the video fullscreen?
Every video can be made fullscreen by pressing the window button on the video player.
How long are concerts available?
All concerts that are free to watch will be available to watch indefinitely.
All concerts that cost money are livestream only, and only available during the window listed under the title. This includes all concerts in the Jazz at the Southern and Jazz at the Lincoln series.
While we'd love to be able to share all of the performances on JAG TV indefinitely, the song licensing costs associated make doing so prohibitively expensive.
Can I stream a concert to my TV?
Yes! Nearly all of the concerts on JAG TV are hosted by the third-party video player, Vimeo. Here is a link to Vimeo's TV Stream Support page.

What is Stripe?
Stripe is a third-party payment processing company that manages all of the payments made on JAG TV. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All payment information is encrypted and stored with Stripe. Jazz Arts Group has no access to your payment information. Jazz Arts Group is able to provide a receipt of your purchase, or initiate a refund, through Stripe. Learn more at Stripe.com.
What is the Processing Fee?
The processing fee is a 7% charge applied to every purchase that helps to cover the costs incurred by the third-party companies that help us to make JAG TV happen.
How can I check to see what I've already purchased?
Your account can be accessed by clicking the Your Account button in the top-right corner of the page. You can find everything you've purchased here.
